Why And How Should You Use Sunscreen All Year Round

Many people underestimate the importance of sunscreen; sun is responsible for 70% on skin aging and it wreaks havocs… cancer, skin trouble, wrinkles are just a few damaging effects of the sun. That is why you should protect your skin with sunscreen every day and all year round.

UV’s are the ultraviolet radiations emitted by the sun. There are three types of UV’s: UVA, UVB and the less famous UVC. If the UVC are filtered by the ozone layer, UVA and UVB on the other hand can easily reach human skin. UVB are the main cause of sunburn. UVA have wider wavelength, their effects are certainly less visible in the very short term but they are no less harmful, they can penetrate the skin deep down to the dermis.
Every time you get a sunburn your UV resistance capital is consumed, but not only! Many people tend to believe that over exposing themselves is fine as long as they do not get sunburn, nevertheless this is false, every time you go out to the sun your UV resistance capital lessen bit by bit. That is why sunscreen is essential, especially for the face, where the skin is more sensitive. People usually have a bad image of sunscreen, a greasy product that will make your face white and clog your pores. Nowadays brands create light and matifying sunscreen that can be use like a makeup base.

Sunscreen instructions for use:
-Apply from January to December; yes, even during winter or cloudy days, it is not because you cannot see the sun that it cannot harm you, UVA and UVB are still dangerous.
-Apply at the end of your routine after your moisturizer, choose a sunscreen that is made for your skin type, sensitive, noncomedogenic, matifying, there is a wide choice of sunscreens on the web.
-You can apply sunscreen when you will be expose for a long time to a computer light because computers also emit UV rays that are harmful for your skin.
