Monday Motivation: 6 Motivational Speeches To Start Your Week Off Right

It’s been scientifically proved that the way you spend the first 20 minutes after waking up, will set the tone for the rest of your day. Basically what it means is that if you get up in the morning already feeling overwhelmed or stressed at the thought of the workload ahead you; in a bad mood because you remembered someone did you wrong Yesterday or ten years ago; depressed because you would rather be lying at the beach in Hawaii then having to go to work, chances are, your day will indeed be chaotic, overwhelming and stressful.

However, if you wake up feeling positive and joyful, so will be the rest of your day. Please bear with me; I know far too well that sometimes you can’t help but feeling low, but when that happens, you need to catch the negative energy before it contaminates your entire being and switch it to a more positive one.

The trick is to develop positive morning habits that will feed your brain with inspirational thoughts, thus putting you in the right mindset to have a great day, be laser-focused and incredibly productive. There are a number of ways that can help you cultivate the habit of being positive and put you in a winning mindset; one of them is listening to motivational speeches in the morning, while you make breakfast, exercise, or get ready for work. That’s one of my rituals that I find very helpful.
