Why Did I Decide To Launch My Fitness Program & Nutrition Guide

Eyes closed. Deep breaths. Press “publish”. Let go. I launched my own Fitness program and Nutrition Guide Yesterday and I genuinely believe it will help you get leaner, grow stronger, build your abs and butt and teach you all there is to know about muscle building and nutrition.

I wanted to create this post to explain to you what inspired me to design the “Strengthen Your Body From Home Monthly Fitness Program“: Quite simply put, I was not satisfied with the Fitness Programs I had tried.
When I started my fitness journey a couple years ago, I was very insecure. I was living in Hamilton (Ontario) at the time, and had enrolled at an amazing gym that was located just two minutes away from my place. I was so uncomfortable in my own skin that I would never walk or train in the centre of the gym. I would hug the walls all the way to the cardio room, where I’d hide on a bike in a corner, under large sweatpants and a T-shirt. When I moved to Montreal a couple months later, I decided there was no point in taking another gym membership since we owned a stationary bike at our apartment. Around the same time, I discovered a Fitness girl who had launched two online fitness programs of 12 weeks each. I thought it would be a fantastic way to kickstart my fitness journey in the comfort of my home and be guided at the same time. It was a little like having a private coach, but not really, and I kind of liked the idea because I knew nothing about fitness, although I clearly would have preferred having a personal coach. Anyways, I had huge hopes that after these 24 weeks, I would have a bomb body, which obviously didn’t happen. Then I tried another program and that one didn’t help me reach the specific goals I had either, which were to build my butt and have a flat stomach and ripped abs.
I grew very frustrated. I grew frustrated for three reasons: firstly, I was giving my all during the workouts and I was not seeing the progress I was expecting (there had to be something wrong!). Secondly, five weeks into the first program, I thought to myself: “When I finish this program, will I be able to train by myself?” The answer was clearly no because they don’t explain to you what you are doing and why you are doing it, so you kind of completely depend on them. Thirdly, nutrition is an essential part of weight loss, but also and perhaps most importantly, muscle building, and they don’t really provide information on that. Not only do they not tell you anything about nutrition and gaining muscle, but they also sell separately nutrition guides for almost $80 (which I thought was way too expensive and completely ridiculous!) and from what I had read the nutrition guides were not very informative. So I never purchased them.

When I took matters in my own hands is when I started to see rapid progress and really sculpted my body. I read countless books, articles, asked tons of questions to coaches and experienced everything on myself. It was working. I decided to create the product I would have wished to have when I started my fitness journey: a workout plan that completely focuses on REALLY building the abs and butt, along with detailed reports on nutrition and important facts to understand about building a physique, so you know exactly what you are doing, why you are doing it and so you too, can build your own workouts at some point, and soar.

I have chosen to release a new program every month because as I have explained above, it is impossible to completely transform a physique in just a couple weeks. You have to be consistent not only with your diet, but also with your workouts. It takes time, dedication, discipline and constant effort, but I am living proof that it is possible.
